Cottage Cheese Flat Bread

Cottage Cheese Flat Bread

Simple. Versatile. Delicious.

One of my family’s favorites is this cottage cheese bread. It’s quick, only a few ingredients, and fits perfectly into a carnivore lifestyle (minus the optional spices). We use it for sandwiches, pizza bases, even lasagna noodles. It’s the kind of recipe that reminds you: eating this way doesn’t have to feel limiting.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional spices (garlic powder, Italian herbs, etc.)

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, salt, and spices (if using) into a blender or small food processor. Blend until smooth.

    3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    4. Spread mixture into your desired shapes — circles for sandwich buns, long sheets for lasagna noodles, or get creative.

    5. Bake for 20–30 minutes, or longer if you like them crispier.

Tips & Variations

  • For a softer bread, pull them out earlier.

  • For crunchier “chips,” bake until golden and crisp.

  • Keep them simple with just salt if you’re strict carnivore.

Why It Works

Cottage cheese is rich in protein and fat, making this bread both filling and nutrient-dense. Combined with eggs, it gives you a solid carnivore-approved staple that feels like a comfort food while still keeping you on track.

Final Note

Whether you’re making sandwiches for your kids, layering up lasagna, or just craving a handheld meal, this recipe is a lifesaver. Quick, easy, and guilt-free.
